• 2. Order Approval and Proofs

  Before production, we always provide digital proofs for your approval.

  1. It is your responsibility to carefully check all details, including artwork, text, colours, sizes, and layout.
  2. Once you give final approval, MyBoxPrinter.co.uk is not responsible for any errors that were overlooked in the proof.
  3. Any reprinting due to approved errors will be at the customer’s expense.
• 3. Damaged or Defective Products

  If you receive products that are damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  How Is Recovery Done?

  If the defect is verified as our fault, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  Due to differences between digital screens and printing machines, minor colour variations (up to 5–10%) are possible. These variations are considered normal in the printing industry and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
